I've
made it before, but there were strawberies and cream to use up in the fridge, and I wanted to work on plating ideas. Miss Leslie's
Complete Cookery (1851); half scale receipt with 1 pint strawberries, 1 pint cream, and 2 oz sugar. I tried using cooking spray instead of oil on the molds; while fast and tidy, the ice cream stuck more than usual.
